What is the base private-driver service?
The base service is a professional private driver for eight hours per day. State your date, pickup address and intended programme so the written quote can set out the proposed service.
What is excluded from the standard quote?
Fuel, tolls, private parking and valet fees are excluded from the standard quote. The written quote confirms the details applicable to the requested programme.
Can I request an all-inclusive quote?
An all-inclusive option is available only for an exact agreed programme with no modifications. Its inclusions and terms are confirmed in writing; it is not an automatic promise for every itinerary.
How are extra hours handled?
The base day is eight hours. Any additional driver hours are charged separately, with the applicable treatment confirmed in the written quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup receives a full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup receives a 50% refund.

You may state a preferred vehicle and request a professional driver speaking English, French or Arabic. Selection is discussed for the requested programme and recorded in the written quote without vehicle-specification assumptions.
